1. A natural defrosting cycle, enabling frozen products to be fermented without releasing water.
2. A blocking phase to defer the growing phase of your products.
3. Fermentation phases, with very precise settings (duration, hygrometry, etc.).
4. An automatic cold return phase at the end of the cycle.
