– Robustness: Just like the other Bertrand Puma products, robustness is at the heart of the Nova Soft, ensured by a stainless steel frame. The box carpet is made of 5mm thick synthetic wool top. The fixed carpet is made of 3mm thick wool.

– Compact : To be placed on a table or on a base, its compactness allows it to be integrated in all bakery configurations. Its sustained rhythm and its complementarity with the divider-formers like DiviTrad, make it a guarantee of productivity and ergonomics.
