BP RELAXATION ROOM

The BP proofing chamber is available in an automatic or manual version, from 62 to 84 swings, in 2 widths, allowing a capacity of 260 to 588 dough pieces to be achieved.

Description

Features

– The swings are made up of 3 bars, one of which is weighted, which gives them excellent rigidity and great stability. They can accommodate 650g, 1000g pockets and synthetic or monofilament felt gutters. The pockets on the thermoformed frame are very easy to install and remove.

– Flouring bag by bag, saving flour and limiting dust suspended in the bakery.

– The expansion chamber can be completely filled (both in manual and automatic versions) thanks to the disengageable turning system.

– The loading surface of the manual version is covered with felt to facilitate rolling.

In the event of a power outage, it is possible to manually unload the expansion chamber. A drain key is provided for this purpose.

The self-supporting structure of the relaxation chamber is made of food-grade epoxy painted steel. The spacer shafts ensure excellent rigidity.

A sustained rate
A guaranteed rate of 1,200 parts/hour which significantly reduces preparation time compared to manual handling of these operations.

Easy maintenance and servicing
All the relaxation chambers are mobile thanks to casters (including 2 with brakes) installed under the chassis. The limit switches are adjustable from the outside without any disassembly.

Notes: On all BP chambers, the turning device is retractable. Consequently, the BP relaxation chambers can be completely filled. In this case, the number of useful swings corresponds to the total number of swings.
