Integrated in the bolting plan for loading, the flour container is placed on the electrical box during unloading.

Maintenance cycle: During an adjustable time, the balancelles stop in front of germicidal lamps and fans which allows to eliminate germs and to dry the felts.
Personalized scale: Automatic search for the first scale loaded at the end of the filling of the RPFI in order to position it for unloading

Features

A guarantee of robustness

The self-supporting structure of the swing with integrated shaper is made of epoxy painted steel of food quality. All the pinions are fixed on spacer shafts which ensure an excellent rigidity.

Easy maintenance / adjustment

The RPFI is mobile thanks to wheels (2 brakes) located under the frame. The limit switches can be adjusted from the outside without dismantling.

Accuracy of deposit

The output belt stops during unloading.
